Get your game to millions of players with Epic Games Store’s new self-publishing tools!

Epic Games, the company behind popular games such as Fortnite and Rocket League, has announced the launch of self-publishing tools on their digital storefront, the Epic Games Store. These tools will allow developers and publishers to release games, maintain their store presence directly, and reach a rapidly growing audience of over 68 million monthly active users.

Using the Epic Developer Portal, any developer or publisher whose game meets the store’s requirements can use the new self-service publishing tools to release their game on the Epic Games Store. The store is open to all developers and publishers whose titles meet the requirements, which are designed to provide a best-in-class player experience that doesn’t lock players into a single store.

The Epic Games Store has also partnered with the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) to help developers obtain ratings directly where required. This service is provided at no cost to developers. If a game already has a rating from an official rating system, it must be displayed on the store game page.
