Every now and then a game is released which has the powers to create a new game genre. Vampire survivors was one such game. It was widely received and really addictive.
In this game, the player controls a character that automatically attacks while facing waves of monsters. The objective is to survive for as long as possible and unlock new characters, weapons, and relics for future play.
As seen with other successful games. Many game studios started releasing clones of vampire survivors and soon there were many games that had a similar game play. Some studios started tweaking the games to make it unique but the core game play remained same. This led to the creation of a new genre “Vampire Survival”
